You may see the doctor of your choice by taking an appointment over telephone or using the “Request for Appointment ”section in this site. You are advised to take a prior appointment to ensure that the waiting times are reduced. A Hospital representative will get in touch with you right after your request to confirm your appointment

In Patient Services
The RAK Hospital admissions section strives to ensure that patients and/or their family members are assisted in every possible way. Our staff is always available to answer any questions that you might have.
We continuously aim to ensure that each patients hospital visit is as comfortable as possible and that all patients receive the best possible care. We welcome you to call in advance to schedule a test, procedure or surgery and for any questions.
Information For Visitors
We are pleased to welcome you to RAK Hospital and hope that you enjoy our premium hospitality during your stay in the hospital.
To ensure a pleasant visit, visitors are requested to observe the following timings, policies and guidelines:
Visiting Hours : 11:00 AM – 01:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 09:00 PM
General Guidelines for Visitors:
- For Inpatients, visiting time is limited to 30 minutes and a maximum of two (2) visitors at a time is allowed in the room.
- For ICU and NICU, visiting time is limited to 15 minutes and only one (1) visitor at a time is allowed inside the ICU.
- Flowers and food from outside are not allowed in the ICU.
- Visitors are not allowed to remain in the room after visiting hours.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hospital.
- Observe silence at all times.
